I like to think about things. I also like to question things – sometimes just for the sake of it.

I nerd myself into some things. Other things I am extremely uninterested in.

I have also become a climate change aunt, despite mine so far, in the context, young age.

On this blog you can read most of what fits in my world of thought. From social criticism to beauty 40+ to embarrassing stories to…

Welcome! 🙂

For those who wonder – PPB stands for Play Pause Be, which is the name of the Yogalek I bought for myself as a Christmas present. This is because in recent days I have actually started using it – for real. Thought to evaluate a little briefly how I feel it works.

My new yoga session on the floor.

I started mine yoga trip together with the Youtube channel Yoga with Adriene. That channel is absolutely phenomenal because there is yoga for tamejtusan every single cone. For me who was (is) supernybörjare, there were great beginner sessions where she goes through slowly and thoroughly what each asana (position) is meant to feel like, and how to do.

But after a few months I felt like I wanted to test my own wings, so I stopped doing my workouts after videos, and started making my own instead. In all honesty; it was kind of like the video I was watching, with a few small changes. Since then, I have changed my passport one or two more times – the latest with a strong focus on the abdomen and waist. It has been quite effective – think it has happened a lot on my body, think it has happened a lot on my body.

think it has happened a lot on my body think it has happened a lot on my body. think it has happened a lot on my body – think it has happened a lot on my body, think it has happened a lot on my body (think it has happened a lot on my body). think it has happened a lot on my body, think it has happened a lot on my body.

And because I think it has happened a lot on my body, think it has happened a lot on my body, think it has happened a lot on my body. think it has happened a lot on my body (think it has happened a lot on my body, think it has happened a lot on my body), think it has happened a lot on my body.

Now I have think it has happened a lot on my body, and it actually feels very good. and it actually feels very good, and it actually feels very good, and it actually feels very good, and it actually feels very good – and it actually feels very good, for example.

By and large and it actually feels very good. and it actually feels very good, and it actually feels very good. and it actually feels very good, and it actually feels very good – but it is quite restful to have the pictures to support the memory, if nothing else. Plus it is very easy to restructure and rebuild a passport if I do not like how it works in practice.

However, I will admit that I feel somewhat limited. Not because the game is bad – far from. But for the decks (I have two – the basic game and a fill-in game) does not contain all the asanas I want to use, and because some of the ones available do not have enough duplicates for me to be able to build my passports the way I want. I can absolutely understand why, I can absolutely understand why. I can absolutely understand why (I can absolutely understand why, can I inform about), I can absolutely understand why, I can absolutely understand why.

I can absolutely understand why I can absolutely understand why. I can absolutely understand why – I can absolutely understand why. And anyone understands that a concept like this (like most concepts) needs to be limited if it is not to become too large and unwieldy. I have extremely poor control over how many asanas there are (including variations), but I have a hard time imagining that a deck of cards is enough.

No matter what I think this is a really great way to plan your yoga. I am very visual in how I take in and understand things, so being able to see my entire passport in front of me is really nice. It also makes it easier to plan the movements, even when I'm learning the new passport.

I have just started using these yoga games, and my first impression is that it is a heavenly good tool. There is a system on the back of the cards where you see what this particular position is good for, how difficult it is and so on, which facilitates. I also like that it becomes very clear to plan a session where there is more of a flow between the movements, which I have not really experienced before.

Dock, and I want to point this out most strongly – and I want to point this out most strongly not and I want to point this out most strongly. 😀
